- Pre Course Administration - track all course bookings, attendee and waiting lists. Enhance the communication with delegates by creating and sending mailshots, welcome packs and maps from this application.
- Course Design- multiple courses can be created and then tailored to your requirements e.g date specific, capacity, duration, skill level required, costs, responsibility, cancellation costs etc.
- Facilities Management- there is a strict process for the booking of all training rooms, instructors, catering and other resources. All student badges and room labels can be created from this application. A fire register feature allows you to quickly account for student numbers in an emergency.
- Student Tracking- student related information like contact details, correspondence, certificates and course attendance are created / held within the system.
- Feedback Forms- track student feedback on areas like course content, standard of training facility, quality of catering, ability of course instructor and relevance of course material. Instructors can also feedback students performance from each course.
