kelros.signature allows you define, manage and monitor the email signatures of your Notes 8.5 users.
Benefits
- Central provisioning of users' email signatures - no need to ask users to set up their own signatures or to individually set up signatures for them.
- Overriding of inappropriate user-created signatures - users' signatures are refreshed from those defined in kelros.signature as frequently as required.
- PS Details allow you to add temporary content to your signatures, perhaps highlighting a new product or an upcoming event to you customers and suppliers. PS Details can be set up to begin and end on particular days and/or to be active immediately and/or to run indefinitely.
- Ensure your disclaimers are legal and up to date.
Features
With kelros.signature you can:
- Create one or more Signatures for your organisation (e.g. 'Corporate signature with job title', 'Corporate signature for sales', etc.).
- Create Person Profiles for each of your users and associated them with a Signature.
- Create multiple Person Profiles at the same time
- Only [Administrators] can:
- make change to Person and Signature fields on Person Profile (all other fields still editable).
- Work with PSs
- Work with Signatures.
- Editors can make changes to any Person's Profile (except Person and Signature fields), but Authors can only make changes to their own Profile.
- Optionally create PS Details, which will be inserted within the Signature, and associate them with all of your users, or with selected individuals
- Use keywords within Signatures and PS Details, which will be converted into the individual's personal phone number, email address, job title, etc. within their email signature.
Being rich text, both Signature and PS Details can contain:
- Formatted text
- Images
- Web links
