The Incident Reporting Module within kelros.accident allows data to be stored in a consistent and structures format to allow subsequent review and analysis. HSE & accident reporting allows the management all aspects of accident data logging and provides the ability to produce management summaries and HSE report F2508 from these records with automatic email notification to the necessary management individuals/groups. The system allows data to be defined in relation to:
  • Type of Incident,
  • Severity,
  • Location,
  • Cause Factors,
  • Injury Details (Multiple People and related Injury Details),
  • Involved Person,
  • Witnesses etc.

This application has been designed in such a way that the recording, reporting and following up of accidents and incidents is easy to manage and it reduces time lost in administration to give you pro-active safety management.
