Kelros Support Services are dedicated to resolving technical support questions quickly and thoroughly. We offer a full range of support programmes, depending upon your business needs. Our flexible support offerings include options such as telephone, web-based and personalised on-site support.
Kelros have created a flexible approach to supporting Lotus Notes & Domino applications and infrastructure. These services include the support and implementation of all IBM Lotus Technologies including eg Lotus Quickr (Entry and Full), Lotus Sametime (Entry, Full and Advanced) and LN Traveler. Credit Packs can be used for the following types of services, and equate to a 20% discount off the standard daily rate for Professional Services.
- 1 Telephone Support Incident = 1 Credit
- 1 Day of Lotus Notes & Domino Consultancy, Training or Development = 4 Credits
- 1 Day on a Lotus Notes & Domino Public Training Course = 2 Credits
Support - Credits can be used for telephone and onsite technical support. Standard telephone support contracts include guaranteed response times. Credits can also be used for onsite holiday or illness cover.
Consultancy - Credit Packs can be used for ad hoc consultancy days, ND8 upgrades or regular maintenance of your Domino servers. The Domino Infrastructure and Messaging Team can offer highly skilled resources to help with your Domino Infrastructure support.
Development - Kelros offer a full Lotus Notes & Domino bespoke application development service. This includes developments that may take a few hours or days through to systems made up of suites of applications.
Education - We offer a wide range of Lotus Notes & Domino training courses, including customised workshops, delivered by Certified Lotus Professionals. Our courses cover systems administration, application development and end users
All unused credits can be carried over to the next year. Unlike other Business Partners, Kelros do not charge for travel time, nor do any unused credits expire after a set period. Most importantly, our services are provided by experienced, permanent members of the Kelros team who are qualified to a high level of proficiency. We do not use Contractors for any of our services.
