Kelros provide the largest and most comprehensive suite of ready-to-use applications in Europe that cover CRM, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Service and Reception Administration. We support over 500 customers and approximately 100,000 users in over 15 countries worldwide.
The Kelros solutions can be implemented by customers using one of four distinct methodologies:
- as an immediate, ready-to-use, Lotus Notes or Domino solution;
- as building blocks for customer-tailored development by Kelros;
- as building blocks for customer-tailored development delivered jointly by Kelros and our customers;
- buy then build: The open source code is provided as standard to allow customers to buy a fully customisable and flexible product, a firm basis for quickly building your own unique business solutions and rapidly deploying them to your users, whilst minimising long term administration and maintenance.
Kelros also focus on developing our business applications for Lotus Domino with WebSphere Portlets plug-in's for easy integration with legacy systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Movex etc). By using existing features within Lotus Domino and WS Portal, Kelros are able to deliver standard Lotus Domino Groupware and collaborative benefits combined with real-time integration of business critical data.
All Kelros applications (both shrink-wrap and bespoke development) are sold with an open design, on an unlimited user and server basis in a single Lotus Notes domain.
All applications are available to users via both the Lotus Notes client and a Web Browser, with views being accessible directly in the LND8.x side bar and/or mobile view web access. All applications are ready for use with IBM Lotus Sametime, to allow presence awareness, instant messaging, VoIP calls and instant meetings directly from the forms in the applications.
